Bought and sold a home in 2010 in Hays County, Kyle, TX 78640.

I met Scott in 2010 when I got my first home in Kyle, TX. He is the only realtor I will ever go to; he is an amazing individual. Our finance department directed us to him, and we are blessed they did. Scott shows a lot of professionalism towards me and my family. He is always very helpful with any questions or concerns I may have on purchasing or selling a home, and most importantly, he has patience. I will always refer clients to Scott in any possible opportunity I have. He is an excellent realtor and he always shows amazing customer service. I always enjoy speaking with him knowing he is a person I can rely on for anything regarding a home. Scott is the best!

Sold a Townhouse home in 2018 in Windermere, Pflugerville, TX.

Scott streamlined the process of selling my Pflugerville home. By following his suggestions, the home sold within two days of its being listed and for a price higher than our asking price. Scott did a great job!

Bought and sold a home in 2017 in Hunt Crossing, Liberty Hill, TX 78642.

We cannot say enough good things about Scott Hayes. We met Scott while looking at homes on our own after not getting results with another agent. The sales person at the homebuilder told us how organized Scott was. Scott knows how to negotiate on your behalf, what is a good investment, what is not, and most importantly, keeps his calm during the entire process. If Scott Hayes cannot find you the right home, no one can.

Bought a Manufactured home in 2016 in MLK 183, Austin, TX.

Scott was very helpful every step of the way. Scott is very knowledgeable of the Austin real estate market especially in central Austin. I've already recommended him to several friends, and can't wait to do business with him again.

Sold a Single Family home in Wooten, Austin, TX.

We were very pleased to have worked with Scott Hayes to sell a residential property in Austin. We live in another city and Scott helped to "fill the gap" by helping with getting things done, staging the property, recommending reliable resources that we could engage remotely. We strongly recommend and endorse Scott Hayes for residential real estate representation.

Scott is very knowledgeable, knows the greater Austin area, is professional, and works hard for your business. The best thing is that he not only treats you like a client but a friend as well. He takes interest in your concerns and is willing to go the extra mile! Scott has assisted us over the past 5 years with leases as well more recently with our home purchase. I would highly recommend him!

Bought and sold a Single Family home in 2014 in Downtown, Austin, TX.

We were searching for a property near campus or the downtown area. I spoke with a couple of different agents regarding their listings and the response time and professionalism were lacking at best. Then a friend suggested I contact Scott Hayes. I wish I had reached out to him from the beginning! He was timely and proficient in responding and is knowledgeable and amazingly easy to work with. He did such an outstanding job, I chose to list a property to sell with him as well. You will be making a wise choice to utilize Scott and the local real estate knowledge he provides.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 in Chestnut, Austin, TX.

I am so glad that we got to work with Scott. As first time homebuyers we needed a lot of guidance and advice; he helped us find and close on the house we wanted. We were looking in east Austin, and he showed us some great homes in the area. We bought a "fixer-upper" home, and he had some great insight about what to look out for in older homes. He also shared great recommendations on contractors and building inspectors. I really enjoyed working with him.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 in Austin, TX.

Scott was incredibly helpful working with us to buy our first home in Austin! He took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted and gave us great advice to find what we were looking for in such a competitive market. He worked within our schedules to see homes as soon as we were available and guided us to make the strongest possible offer we could. We are extremely happy with the house we purchased—we found the house we wanted in the perfect neighborhood and price range! I recommend Scott to anyone I know looking to buy or sell a home in the area.

Bought a home in 2014 in Wells Branch, Austin, TX 78728.

I started talking to Scott about my first home when I was about 8-10 months out from buying—and made sure he knew that. Regardless of the extremely long timeframe (especially for Austin standards) Scott was more than willing, happy to meet with me and show houses and educate me on the process. My first home is incredible and I could not be more happy with it! Scott and his team were with me every step and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I have recommended him to anyone I know who is looking for a home and will continue to do so.
