How to apply for a Lease

Applying for a lease in Texas typically involves a series of steps, and the process may vary slightly depending on the landlord or property management company. Here's a general guide on how to apply for a lease with Jackson Hayes Residential:

1. Fill out an applications form. Please click on this link and download the form. You may need to print the form then you can email the finished application to adam.montera@compass.com. We will get back to you as soon as we receive the application.
2. Pay the application fee via TransUnion. We send our screening links via TransUnion. Once we receive the application form, we will send you the link and you will need to pay for it there. This will cover all the needed background checks.

Make sure that you have seen the property first. To request for a showing, you can send an email to adam.montera@compass.com and quote the address of the property you wanted to see.
