With a history going back more than 150 years, Dripping Springs was founded on the dusty trail between Austin and

Fredericksburg.  This emerging bedroom community, about 25 west of Austin is highly attractive because of its top rated schools, small town feel, proximity to both Austin and San Antonio, and because of its good old-fastioned hospitality. 


Hills and valleys with beautiful rock bottom creeks, wildlife, and spectaular views, this Hill Country town is home to numerous artists and stilled craftsmen.  Also it is known for charming Bed and Breakfasts, world famous BBQ, organic produce and exotic animal farms.  Dripping Spings is home to the beautiful Hamilton Pool, Pedernales Falls State Park and West Cave Preserve. 

Home to 1 of the 22 Texas Hill Country Wineries.  Plenty of good eats are available in Dripping Springs, take a peek at some of the great restaurants that call Dirpping Springs home.  Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center  is just a few miles down the road.  And while you are out, sample some locally produced salsas and jellies too.

 A small one stop light town until just a about a decade ago. Now one of the fastest growning communities in the Hill Country.  Still largely agricultural, but home to numerous office parks, retail space and over 100,000 square feet of commercial space for the fast growing population.  Despite all of this growth, Dripping Springs still maintains is small town, family focused feel.  With the short commute to Austin, it is easy to see why Dripping Springs is one of The Hill Country's finest!
