When it comes to homes, Dave Weber is a subject matter expert. Forty years as a builder, remodeler, and investor provides Dave a deep understanding based on working with both sellers and buyers. He built their custom homes from the ground up, remodeled while they lived in the home, and sold homes that he built. Contracting with homeowners trying to ready their homes for sale and home buyers that wanted their newly purchased home remodeled before the move becomes a personal commitment to meet their needs. Customers trust Dave because he listens to their needs and seeks to understand what is important to them.
Dave understands it’s a big decision to sell your home. You want the best return from the sale and you have to find your next home. Or, you already found the next home and now are under pressure to sell in order to fund that new home. You want buyers excited about making your house their new home. But, is your house really ready to sell? Human nature is such that after we have lived in a house for a while we tend to overlook little things (and maybe some bigger things) that might turn off a buyer. The process can be overwhelming. A calm, experienced person can help you make the sale a more orderly and predictable event.
Austin is comprised of many smaller neighborhoods each built during different eras. Buyers in Austin are faced with the overwhelming task of many choices and a fast paced marketplace. Dave teamed with Jackson Hayes Residential to give buyers the knowledge and direction they need. Their combined knowledge and experience in Austin neighborhoods is what buyers will recognize from the first meeting and this is why Dave Weber is proud to have joined their team.
Dave has managed over $ 150mil in construction contracts. Communicating, negotiating, scheduling, budgeting, and sequencing are skill sets from that experience that translate into being a Realtor. Dave has a B.A. in Business Administration from Hope College.
Dave and his wife enjoy mountain biking, golf, skiing, bowling, fantasy football, and travelling to BNB’s in the Hill Country. Austin’s great assortment of local restaurants and local brew pubs is another pastime. When at home, there are the cats, fine wine, and experimenting with new recipes.
